Free delivery is available on all phones. This is not a guaranteed delivery service. Your phone will be delivered with your normal post. If you would prefer a next day delivery service, please select this during the checkout process.
Choose a delivery date to suit you?
There is an option you can select during the checkout process to select an alternative delivery date. This allows you to decide when we will deliver your parcel.
How do I track my order?
In your order confirmation email you will be given a Royal Mail tracking number. Alternatively you can get this number by logging into the My account section of the Dial-a-Phone website. Simply enter the 13 digit reference number into the relevant box on the homepage of the Royal Mail website, and they will give you information on the progress of your order.
Are all locations included?
Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery to 99% of England, Scotland and Wales. Some places take longer to deliver to, but they still guarantee delivery within three working days.
Can my order be delivered to a work address?
Yes, the Royal Mail will delivery to a vast majority of work addresses.
Is a signature required?
Yes. When Royal Mail delivers your item they collect a signature to confirm receipt. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. A card will be left at your address informing you of how to collect your order.

Dial-a-Phone gives you 1 month free insurance, worth up to £3.99 a month, your Pay As You Go mobile phone order. The policy covers your mobile phone in the UK against accidental damage, and theft. In addition to this you are also covered for up to 60 days outside the UK each year. This offer is conditional upon you entering into an insurance contract, which you may cancel at any time. How do I send my phone back?
If you wish to return a pay-as-you-go phone under our customer satisfaction guarantee:
Please note we will only except the return of a phone if it is unused and is returned to us undamaged via royal mail special delivery within seven working days of a customer's receipt.

Instructions for returning a phone
- Please take your phone unused including all items shipped to any post office.
- Please enclose the receipt document that was posted with your phone. You may use the original bag in which you received the phone. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the phone to us in order for a refund to be processed.
