Royal Mail special delivery (next day)

All our orders come with FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY as standard, via Royal Mail's Special Delivery™ service. If you place your order before 1pm Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your phone the next working day! Orders placed before 1pm on Fridays should be delivered on Saturdays but delivery isn't guaranteed. If you would like a guaranteed Saturday delivery or a guaranteed delivery before noon on a week day, there is an option in the checkout process, on the "Address & Delivery" page.

Below are some of the common questions regarding our delivery service:

How do I track my order?
In your order confirmation email you will be given a Royal Mail tracking number. Alternative you can get this number by logging into the My account section of the Mobile Express website. Simply enter the 13 digit reference number into box on the homepage of the Royal Mail website, and they will give you information on the progress of your order.

Are all locations included?

Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery to 99% of England, Scotland and Wales. Some places take longer to deliver to, but they still guarantee delivery within three working days.

Can my order be delivered to a work address?

Yes, the Royal Mail will delivery to a vast majority of work addresses.

Is a signature required?

Yes. When Royal Mail delivers your item they collect a signature to confirm receipt. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. A card will be left at your address informing you of how to collect your order.

FREE insurance for 3 months thereafter £5.99 (per handset per month, cancellable at any time)

Mobile Express gives you free insurance, worth £5.99 a month, for three months with your contract mobile phone order. The policy covers your mobile phone worldwide against damage, breakdown and theft. This offer is conditional upon you entering into an insurance contract which you may cancel at any time. Full details are given during the checkout process.

FREE £20 when ordering more than one contract phone

As a customer (contract mobiles) of Mobile Express you will automatically be eligible to participate in our Recommend a Friend scheme, and will receive £20 for each person who becomes a Mobile Express contract mobile phone customer. You can refer a friend, colleague or even yourself and therefore if you order more than one contract mobile at a time you will receive an extra £20. The £20 will be credited to your bank account within 28 days after the 14 day peace of mind period.

How do I recommend a friend?

Once you have become a customer you can start recommending Mobile Express to your friends, family, work colleagues. Simply tell you friends, family, colleagues to enter your mobile number in the box provided on the "About You" stage of our online checkout process.

When will I receive my money?

Once your friend or family has been accepted as a customer and has kept the phone longer than the "Peace of Mind" period, we will arrange to pay your £20 directly into your bank account within 28 days. So keep an eye on your bank balance and recommend as many friends as you can!
